All Direct tax matters like Tax filings, Transfer Pricing compliances, etc.
  • Handle and coordinate responses to notices, assessments, and departmental queries, maintaining documentation and compliance hygiene.

5) Secretarial Compliance Coordination (India Entity)

  • Own the finance-side coordination of the corporate compliance calendar for the India entity, partnering with internal/external Company Secretary and legal team.
  • Support governance requirements such as board finance packs, documentation readiness for filings, and compliance evidence maintenance (as applicable under the legal framework).
  • Coordinate and enable secretarial compliance inputs (data, schedules, approvals and supporting documents).

6) Audit, Controls and Risk Management (India + US Requirements)

  • Lead statutory audit coordination for India, including schedules, confirmations, audit PBCs, and closure of audit findings.
