The Finance Manager is accountable for all financial outputs including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and glidepath savings validation. This role ensures financial transparency and alignment with contractual requirements. The Manager develops financial models and validates savings initiatives. The role aligns operational performance with financial outcomes. This position supports procurement and ensures audit-ready financial data.

Responsibilities

• Owns financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Validates glidepath savings and ROI
• Supports vendor cost and procurement analysis
• Aligns financial and operational performance
• Ensures audit-ready financial data

Qualifications

• 7–12 years finance experience
• Experience in IFM or operations environments preferred
• Strong financial modeling and analysis skills
• CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• Experience with open-book financial models preferredBA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Prior experience managing multiple staff members.
• Advanced Computer skills and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting. 
• Experience with JDE or other large, automated accounting system a plus. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office.
