About the Role

We're looking for a sharp and proactive Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be essential to our company's financial health, helping us track our performance, forecast future growth, and make smarter strategic decisions.

You'll be responsible for the core functions of our financial reporting, including tracking and capturing company expenses and analyzing our marketing performance. A key part of your work will involve developing and maintaining financial models to analyze business performance and forecasting revenue and expenses.

Ultimately, you'll use these insights to provide actionable financial recommendations to the management team, ensuring we are on track for continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and capture company expenses using Google Sheets/Excel models
• Track and analyze weekly and monthly marketing reporting
• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business performance
• Forecast revenue and expenses to support strategic decision-making
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Conversant in company financials with little to no additional training needed
• Familiar with marketing platforms like Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
• Familiar with Shopify is a plus
