BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

 On-site – New Delhi |  Marketing and Sales


JOB DESCRIPTION

AdmirablePro is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us acquire new clients, drive repeat sales, and grow our B2B services business. The ideal candidate should have business development, marketing, and sales experience in a fast-paced B2B services company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

You will attract new clients for the business and build robust relationships with them. You shall identify new leads, conduct discussions with potential customers, convert leads into customers, and perform other duties as may be assigned.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.

  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.

  • Build customer base through social media and networking.

  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.

  • Keeping records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

  • Providing trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.


DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or sales field.

  • Prior work experience of 1 to 7 years as a business development manager in a B2B services company.

  • Proven sales track record with time management and planning skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Interpersonal and presentation skills.
